Lease Countersigning Policy

1. Only licensed team members may countersign leases in AppFolio.
2. The Support Team will notify the Leasing Manager via Teams chat and include the link to the document that needs to be countersigned.
3. The LeadSimple task to countersign will remain assigned to the Support Team member.
4. Only when notified by Support, the Leasing Manager will click the link, click View Lease, check the box and place their signature. No other action is to be taken other than to reply in the chat that it has been completed.
5. When the Support Team member confirms the lease has been countersigned, they will mark the LeadSimple task as complete.
6. The additional administrative tasks related to completing the Move-In in AppFolio will be completed by the Support Team.
