How should a Property Manager handle mail left at a property?

If mail is left at/arrives at a property after owner or tenant move out, RPMP's policy is for the PM to take the mail to the post office and write "Return to Sender" on each envelope/package.

If an owner reaches out to Support/the PM asking for assistance with mail or packages that were delivered to the property, it is at the PM's discretion how to respond. They can either assist the Owner at no charge as an "one off courtesy" (good time to ask them for a Google Review!) or the PM can charge the owner for the service.
