Job Description: The Office Administrator at Real Property Management Pros is the frontline representative, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

Frontline Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a courteous and professional manner, directing them as needed.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing information, transferring calls, or taking messages accurately and promptly.

Administrative Support:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, email and packages, ensuring proper distribution.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as required by the team.

Documentation and Database Management:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating databases with accurate and current information.
  • Support the creation and assembly of resident packets, HOA information, and other relevant documentation.

Cooperation and Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth office operations and timely support for administrative needs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, forwarding relevant information and messages promptly.

Requirements:

  • Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience Preferred: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or administrative position is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic office equipment (e.g., copiers, printers, etc.).
