Snow Removal at Vacant Properties

If we get measurable snow, any vacant properties may need shoveling or snow removal.  Certain HOAs and cities/towns require snow to be removed within a certain period of time.  Keep that in mind for our vacant properties that are in communities.  You may want to check AF HOA documents for your vacants before Friday to see what the requirement is for clearing walkways.  All are different.  Snow removal, ice melt, things such as that is an owner expense so all billing should be done via meld.
