Leasing Manager Job Role
The Leasing Manager is a licensed Realtor® responsible for:
- Building relationships through integrity and leadership

- Producing revenue by growing our base of clients
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Developing a prospective new client base and signing new clients agreements
- Taking incoming leads and nurturing these leads through signed contracts
- Managing sales CRM tool to ensure accurate tracking of all leads from inception through conversion
- Performing Competitive Market Analyses (CMAs) for rentals and sales
- Visiting client properties and presenting professional sales proposals
- Accurately completing new business documentation and files
- Obtaining and providing property and client information to portfolio management team members
- Producing professional property marketing assets including photos, virtual tours, and descriptions
- Marketing rental and sales listings through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and the Internet
- Responding to inquiries from prospective residents or purchasers, as well as other real estate agents
- Ensuring properties are shown to prospective residents or purchasers
- Successfully completing real estate transactions
- Maintain positive client relationships that result in additional rental and sales listings
- Generate referrals from existing clients and other business relationships
- Attending and participating in office meeting sand training sessions as directed
- Adhering to all procedures required in this role
